Dr. Steven X. Si is a Professor of Management and International Business at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and Tongji Chair Professor (visiting) at Tongji University. He served as Dean, School of Management at Shanghai University and Loudon Endowed Chair Professor (2008-2010). He also served as MBA director/coordinator (2003-2006) at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Before joining BU, he was a faculty of the Department of Management at Chinese University of Hong Kong, National University of Singapore and John Molson School of Business at Concordia University. He was a visiting professor at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2006.His major research interests include entrepreneurship and innovation, strategic management, strategic HRM and management issues in transitional and emerging economies. He has been published for about 20 SSCI journal articles and the amount of the papers cited by other scholars and journals for about 300 times, and the single most cited paper is with 83 times. His research papers have been appeared or accepted in Academy of Management Executive, Journal of Applied Psychology, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Journal of Business Research, Organizational Dynamics, Journal of Sport Management, International Journal of Human Resource Management, International Journal of Organizational Analysis and others. Dr. Si is currently serving as a guest editor for three special issues on entrepreneurship and innovation management for the prestigious journals: Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, Asia Pacific Journal of Management and International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management. He is also serving on the Editorial Board of the Journals: Academy of Management Perspectives (AMP);Journal of World Business and Journal of Business Research (JBR)and serving as an associate editor for the International Journal of Service Technology and Management.
