Attention - Deadlines for Internships are:

Summer Internships - April 30
Fall Internships - July 31
Spring Internships - December 15

Step 1: Get an internship - this should be treated like a job search.  Use the list of Internship sites to find companies that you are interested in working with.  Contact them, fill out an application, send a resume, etc.

Step 2:  Check here to make sure we have an affiliation agreement with the company.  If we do, move on to step 3.  If not, contact Traci Mitchell (Department Secretary) to request an affiliation agreement.

Step 3: When the affiliation agreement is in place, hand in your internship application and supporting materials (described in the Internship Guidelines) to Traci Mitchell.  She will get the appropriate signatures and let you know who your faculty advisor will be.  You do not have to schedule the internship on STINF.  The Registrar's office will do that for you, when they receive your application.  However, you still have to E-Reg when the semester starts.
