The position of recruiter is an exciting opportunity to fast-track into sales with a successful and growing company. We are looking for hard working, intelligent, goal oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, team oriented environment. The ability to develop strong communication channels with internal and external clients is crucial to business success. All of our representatives must provide world class service to clients, act with the highest amount of professionalism, and express the highest sense of urgency.

Educational & Experience Requirements:
- 0 - 3 years of successful sales/internships/customer service experience.
- A strong desire to grow into a sales and sales management role.
- A track record for over quota performance.
- Experience in a service-oriented business or Outside Sales environment.
- PC literate in Windows including, MS Word, Netscape and Internet.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to multi-task.
- Desire to learn and teach as well as the ability to persevere through difficult situations.

Company Benefits:

You will receive a competitive base salary of $34,000, commission, and an exceptional benefits package including a 401(k) plan, parental leave, and vacation, personal & holiday pay.
