Within the past five years, we have had several well-known corporations file for bankruptcy which has created a major change in the United States corporate accounting practices. We, as the people of the United States, need to understand the law of Bankruptcy and its entirety because it has not only effected our economy and businesses, but it effects many Americans everyday. It is imperative as citizens of this country to be able to make the correct and appropriate decisions regarding bankruptcy.

Directions:

  1. Open up a new, blank Microsoft Office Word document
  2. At the top of the page, write your name, date, and class at the top left-hand side of your paper.
  3. Place the name of the assignment, Bankruptcy Web-Based Assignment, in the center of your page.
