Content (knowledge, skills, and abilities)
The process depicted at right serves as the conceptual basis for this program: the continual transformation of accurate, relevant, and timely data to useful information that enables good decisions.

Collectively, content from all courses covers a broad array of quantitative and qualitative analysis models and techniques appropriate for routine and non-routine managerial decisions, management theories and paradigms for their implementation, and application and general purpose software.

Participants must have an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution and need requisite abilities in time management, experience in organizations, and an achievement orientation.

Program content applications attest to the direct and indirect value of the courses in this program and the corollary technology and communication skills developed for the online delivery platform.
