John R. Grandzol, Ph.D.
Dr. Grandzol earned his degree in management science and operations management from Temple University. Dr. Grandzol served in the public sector for 20 years, holding positions in facilities management, decision analysis, and quality management. He has extensive experience developing and teaching courses in business statistics, quantitative methods, and decision sciences and is published in these areas. Dr. Grandzol has taught Internet-based online courses for over a decade and has presented his online learning research results in scholarly journals and at national conferences.
